Delivery & Returns Delivery Information:
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. All online purchases include a gift box, which is packaged into a secure, non-branded postal pack. Most fine jewellery is made to order so we aim to dispatch all online orders within 14 working days. Upon dispatch, you will receive confirmation via email.
Delivery Charges: UK: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders should arrive within 16 working days.
International: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Airsure (dependent on local mail restrictions). Orders should arrive within 20 working days.
Returns:
Whilst we hope that you will love your O.M.L. Jewels jewellery, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued to the original form of tender within 14 days once the item is returned to O.M.L. Jewels.
It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of a bespoke piece of jewellery or items that have been personalize, we may not be able to accept a return. We will always notify you when we cannot honour our returns policy before shipping out the products to you and ask you to accept the revised terms and conditions.
