Its a big thing in 2020/2021 and due to the Pandemic that started in 2019 that resulted in a lot of self isolation, more and more people began to suffer from some form of mental health. 

It isn’t an easy thing to talk about for most people. Sometimes people feel like they can’t actually talk about it at all. And having known people who suffer from it and hearing stories about people who just can’t take it anymore, I really wanted to help. Thats why I have created the TLK (TM) collection This is hand carved then hand casted with a suicide prevention ribbon as the bail. This is to encourage people to talk, to show people they can talk to you or someone close to them. This will be available in pendant form, pin form, band ring, and signet ring for now with hopefully more designs coming out in 2021. O.M.L Jewels also promises to donate 15% of the TLK (TM) collections profit to Samaritans UK. For every £1 that Samaritans receives, 88p goes to their services and the other 12p goes to investing into their next £1.

  • Returns

    Return policies

    Our policy lasts 14 days of receiving your product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom pieces that have been personalised or made specifically for someones needs cannot be returned.

    To complete your return you must show proof of purchase.
    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    All items are thoroughly checked before being despatched however If item turns up damaged, please notify us within 48 hours by sending us an email at

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
