The purchase of products through O.M.L. Jewels is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law. In order to make purchases through the site, you will be asked to register and provide your true personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you must represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The site is available only to individuals and others who meet these terms and conditions, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank, whose applications are acceptable to O.M.L. Jewels and who have authorized O.M.L. Jewels to process a charge to their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase.
Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. O.M.L. Jewels reserves the right to restrict or question multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any single customer or postal address.

Advance Purchases And Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance stated above and availability of stock.

O.M.L. Jewels offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our workshop. However we may occasionally be waiting for certain products on the site to be made for stock. Please note some items are held in stock but some are made to order. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment/Order for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase/Order. This will ensure that you receive this item when it has been made.

Your rights regarding Advance Purchase/order are the same as those for any other purchase at O.M.L. Jewels.
​
Please note items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders. Customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery.
Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within forty eight hours of the product becoming available on the site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand and may sell out during this period.
Prices shown on the site are in GBP unless an alternative country has been selected by the customer, as indicated in the middle of the shopping page.

The GBP price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. If you are buying from outside the UK, you will be responsible for any duties levied by the country or authority to which you have specified delivery. You will also incur carriage costs. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Acceptance Of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is an acceptance of your order completion and the contract between you and O.M.L. Jewels will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Newton Abbot, England and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Price And Payment Options

O.M.L. Jewels reserves the right to change the price of goods offered on the website at any time and without prior notice.
O.M.L. Jewels constantly checks to ensure that all prices shown on the site are accurate. It cannot however guarantee that no errors have occurred. Should an error in the price of an item occur O.M.L. Jewels will give the client the option of re confirming the purchase of the item at the correct price or of cancelling the order. If O.M.L. Jewels is unable to contact the client, the order will be considered cancelled.

Transfer Of Ownership & Insurance
O.M.L. Jewels insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Checking Your Order
You can check the current status of your order by signing into your account and selecting ORDER STATUS. Simply type in your unique order number we would have emailed to you, and we will track your order/shipment for you.

Cancellation & Returns
Whilst we hope that you will love your O.M.L. Jewels jewellery, items can be returned or exchanged within fourteen days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued to the original form of tender within fourteen days once the item is returned to O.M.L. Jewels.

It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of a bespoke piece of jewellery or items that have been personalize, we may not be able to accept a return. We will always notify you when we cannot honour our returns policy before shipping out the products to you and ask you to accept the revised terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights, all brand names, names of lines, designs, models of items, that appear on the website or in the domain name, are the exclusive property of O.M.L. Jewels.

All intellectual property rights associated with items created in association with the’ custom made’ or ‘bespoke’ options are and will remain the property of O.M.L. Jewels. Any utilisation, reproduction, even partial of the designs, models, brand names, and names of lines is totally prohibited.
